The Rest & Regenerate, repairing and nourishing night balm is the perfect treat for busy mums to end their day with. I know, when this gets in my stocking, it’s going to be one part of my beauty regime that I manage to stick to. After all it smells and feels so good I’d be a fool not to.

The Printed Peanut Soap Bars (£5.75 each)

For the  mums who loves supporting small businesses, soaps from The Printed Peanut are the ideal choice. Not only are they handmade (in Yorkshire no less). But they smell incredible and are 100 percent natural. I’m looking forward to treating my mummy friends with these as stocking fillers this Christmas. I know they will love them as much as I do.

For mums who love to feel warm without feeling cluttered the Helly Hansen W Wesley Trench Insulated Jacket is the perfect choice. Slim fitting and stylish, with deep spacious pockets, it’s a coat that’s warm enough for the coldest of days. The belt round the waist, gives a flattering shape when closed. Yet the jacket looks equally impressive when open. The cleverly designed insulation is without doubt the best part of this jacket however, meaning that warmth is retained despite the fact that it’s incredibly lightweight and thin. It’s a present that no mum could fail to be delighted to find under the Christmas tree.

U Studio Design Notebooks (£6 for a pack of three)

These lovely little notebooks from U Studio Design are the perfect for popping in your handbag or coat pocket. Ideal for list making mums with lots on their mind. Ava Maple Teething Necklace From Mama + Belle (£16.95)

For mums with tiny ones a teething necklace really is the perfect gift. A way of adding a little glamour to any outfit without worrying about its imminent destruction, just at the time you need it the most. Mama + Belle have a beautiful range sure to delight both mums and their little ones. For those who are breastfeeding, these necklaces can also provide an excellent way to keep baby’s fingers busy whilst feeding. Ideal for once babies start to get more interested in the world around them. This is a gift I know will be much cherished at what is a special time in any mum’s life.

The Totally Most Awesome Mum In The Universe Mug by McLaggan Mugs (£9.50)

This lovely mug is perfect for sentimental mums. In fact if there is one present I have wanted since I first became a mum over ten years ago, it is a mug just like this with Mum written on it. It’s one of those rite of passage gifts that somehow has never quite landed in my house. This year however I’ve taken matters into my own hands and given it to the Other Half to wrap on behalf of the Lion. And I can hand on heart say that it will be one of my favourite gifts (even if I did organise it myself). So if you’re stuck for a gift to buy a mum  on behalf of their little one, this is definitely one I can recommend.

What gift would you choose for the mums in your life?

  1. You’ve got some great ideas here for presents. My mum would enjoy the mug. I want to get her a canvas print made up of myself, husband and daughter and my sister and niece as I think that would be a lovely present x
